Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Andy Kortman with the Legendary Ed Hurst
This photo was taken in November 2004 at the annual fundraising banquet (for scholarships) of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia. Both Ed Hurst and Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Andy Kortman are members. The money raised from this dinner allowed the organization to give six scholarships, two of them to South Jersey students. This is only one way the WVLT staff gives back to our community.
