During June of 2002, just days after WVLT became "Cruisin' 92.1" with its oldies format, Vineland, NJ (home of Cruisin' 92.1) celebrated CRUISIN' DOWN MEMORY LANE. It was an antiques car event and WVLT, Cruisin' 92.1 was there.
Here's some photo taken during the festival.
In the back row, left to right are: Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Joe Ferrante (Joey DaSuit), host of the Sunday Night Supper Club; former WVLT Morning Newsman George Michaels and Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Jimmy Dee. You can hear Jimmy every morning from 6 to 10 am right here on Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT, South Jersey's #1 Oldies Powerhouse!
On the left is Bruce Sloan, Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's current Sports Director. Bruce was Program Director at the time this photo was taken. On the right is Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's own Bill Mazza. Bill Cruises your way every Saturday afternoon from 4 to 6 pm with the very best in music and memories. This picture was taken in front of Music Central on Landis Avenue in Vineland.
