Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's HotRod Scott Binder is a native of the Garden State. Binder says he owes much of his eccentric interests to his father, a successful physician.
Scott is an accomplished musician and a lover of cars and motorcycles. In fact, Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Scott Binder still owns the family's original 1957 corvette that that Pop Binder (Scott's dad) bought new!
Raised with an appreciation for music and machines, it seems totally natural that Scott would end up involved in Cool cars and Music (like what you hear on Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT, Cumberland County's #1 Oldies Station.
In 2002, Scott promoted the "Rebel Mondays," a Rockabilly cruise nite at the 70 West in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT's Scott Binder is a professional Landscape Designer, and Furniture Customizer ,with a love of classic 50's design and antiques.
You can see Scott tooling around to cool car events and Rockabilly shows in his cherry 1962 Chevy Station wagon with the factory air on and the music blaring! Obviously, he would be tuned to Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT. However, he mentioned the vehicle does have a CD player, just in case he travels out of the station's broadcast area. That would take some time because Cruisin' 92.1, WVLT, South Jersey's #1 Oldies Powerhouse broadcasts into four states; New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
